We are looking for applications from Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Consultants or Sales Executives from a related industry. This is a very exciting time for a Business Development Manager to join the company. You shall be selling from A.C.C. level down, Hi-Tec crime units, forensic teams amongst others. Sales Manager / Business Development Manager’s Territory 2 Positions Available: Position 1: West Midlands, Wales down to the South West Coast Position 2: East Midlands, South East down to but not including London. Sales Manager / Account Manager / Business Development Manager Candidate Profile These complex systems require excellent Sales and Account Management skills to ensure success. Your interpersonal skills built over dealing with lots of different levels should be first class. The Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will need to have experience of the whole sales lifecycle. They will have a proven track record of delivery to external customers and their customer-facing skills are of the highest importance to the role. The role demands a positive self starter with preferred previous sales, account or business development management experience within the Law Enforcement sectors. You will be confident, have meticulous paperwork skills and attention to detail and work as part of a team to achieve joint goals. Due to the nature of the position a technical aptitude and IT skills would be advantageous and applicants must be willing to travel within territory and Manchester head office once a month. In this role you will be responsible for the design of a very wide range of optical products. You will be involved in all stages of the design process, including defining target specifications with the customer, development of concepts, detailed design and analysis, through to support of the manufacturing, assembly and test processes. The role demands self-motivation, dedication and excellent communication skills. Candidates will require at least a good degree in Physics, or a relevant engineering discipline, although a Master’s degree in optics would be of considerable advantage.
