Position

New Business Manager – this is a new role for the company which encompasses both sales management of a team and a personal sales target achieved through different routes to market including channel and direct sales. The successful candidate shall be offered unrivalled and achievable career progression, with the next step being Head of Sales and Marketing.

Solutions are PDA based tools, Time and Attendance, Pre Employment Screening Software, Portering Solutions for the Facilities Management Vertical. Software which manages people in the service industry.

The Role

This role requires strategic, sales planning and leadership competencies.

The Business Manager’s principal responsibilities are:

• Achieving a target of £1.44m per annum
• Managing 3 Field Sales
• Managing 2 internal telesales
• Whole team are quota bearing

Location

Ideally Midlands – you must live within an easy commute to this location.

Candidate

• Appropriate Software background as current job: Workforce Management and/or Compliance Management.

Will likely be a Graduate with 5-8 years of Sales Experience.

Will likely be formally sales / business trained.

Stable background with ideally having spent at least 2 years with last employer

Demonstrable and evidence based on-target performance. (p45, brag sheets etc)

A candidate whom is looking for genuine career progression.

Experience managing a direct team or a channel but management experience would be essential.

A solutions seller rather than a commodity type sales person.

Must have an understanding of the sales process and procurement process of the Services industry.


Package

£50,000 basic salary
£75,000 OTE (achievable and realistic)
Car allowance at HMRC Tax free maxims of 40p/25p
Laptop, PDA, Credit Card etc all provided
Options will be made available with performance.
